The PTE (Pearson Test of English) is the English test trusted by many universities, colleges and government agencies / Immigration department in Australia, UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand and Ireland. It examines candidates Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking capability. PTE is one of the leading computer-based tests of English for study abroad and migration. PTE offers fast and flexible English testing. Candidates can schedule test within 24 hours in advance and receive their score within 5 business days.
There are two types of PTE Test
- PTE Academic – It is a computer-based test for non-natives who wish to study abroad.
- PTE General – This test is a realistic communication skills test and is not recognised for immigration purpose. It integrates all four skills – Listening, Reading, Speaking and Writing and focus on assessing the ability of communication skills.
